Royalelastic.ca ships from within Canada! If your order is to be delivered within Canada that means no unexpected custom fees and taxes. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $200 before applicable taxes. Otherwise we charge a shipping fee depending on number of items. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped within 1-3 business days. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

• You may return the product for any reason within 14 days and the return item's shipping fee will be at your own expense. The returned shoes have to be in new, resalable condition with the original undamaged shoe box. If the shoes are used or tampered, the refund will not be processed. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Make sure to include your invoice and the original shoe box (the shoe box must be shipped inside another packaging box or envelope to reduce the chance of damage to the shoe box and product.
• Use a trackable shipping service to send back the shoes to us.
• After we confirm the condition of your return product, we will notify you by email and make the refund within 7 business days. Please note the original and the returning shipping cost will not be refunded.

• We accept size exchanges within 14 days of purchase (starting from the date you receive your shoes) and the new item's shipping fee will be at your own expense. For size exchanges, please contact us at info@royalelastics.ca to check the availability of the size you want. We’ll ship the new item to you after we receive the original shipment from you.
• Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment, please inform us within 7 days of purchase (starting from the date you receive your shoes). We will exchange a new pair or provide a store credit to you and Royal Elastics will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.
